What is PUBSONAR?
PUBSONAR is a CRM for publisher acquisition. It finds website publishers, researches each one, organizes the outreach by email, WhatsApp and phone, follows each publisher through onboarding and forecasts the revenue.
Who is it for?
Ad-monetization companies, ad networks and Google Certified Publishing Partners with a team that recruits website publishers: account managers, supervisors and admins.
Where do new publishers come from?
From discovery profiles that search by keyword and location or by niche, in 30 languages, on a schedule you set. You can also paste a single site or a list, and research starts on its own.
How is traffic measured?
From public sources. When traffic cannot be measured for a site, PUBSONAR shows it as unmeasured instead of zero, so you never mistake missing data for a small site.
Which ad partners can it detect?
PUBSONAR reads each site’s ads.txt file and Google’s sellers.json and matches them against Google’s list of Certified Publishing Partners, so you can see who already monetizes the site and how.
Sending
Does PUBSONAR send emails automatically?
No. Reminders open a card in the daily tour; a person reads the message, edits it if needed and presses send. There are no automatic sequences and no bulk sending.
Which mailbox are emails sent from?
From each person’s own Gmail account, connected with Google sign-in. Replies come back into the shared PUBSONAR inbox.
Can we use WhatsApp?
Yes. Each person can pair a phone by scanning a QR code. Messages are sent one at a time by a person. PUBSONAR uses a linked-device connection, not the WhatsApp Business API, so keep to WhatsApp’s terms and personal volumes.
Can we write in one language and send in another?
Yes. You can read incoming messages translated into your language, and write in your language while the message goes out in the publisher’s language.
Team and data
Can managers see their team’s work?
Yes. Managers see everyone below them in the reporting lines, including their conversations. They cannot send from another person’s accounts.
Is our data separated from other companies?
Yes. Each company’s data is isolated, and stored credentials such as mailbox tokens are encrypted with a key per company. More on the Security page.
Where is the data hosted?
On servers in Frankfurt, Germany.
Is there an API?
Yes. A read-only REST API returns your leads with a personal API key.

How do we get started?
There is no self sign-up. We create your company’s workspace and invite your first admin, who then invites the team. Start by booking a demo.
