PUBSONAR works with the tools your team already uses: Gmail, WhatsApp, Google Sheets, Google Drive and Google Ad Manager, plus ads.txt, sellers.json and a REST API.
Gmail
Each person connects their own Gmail with Google sign-in. Mail is synced every few minutes and sent from that person’s mailbox.
- Access can be revoked from the Google account at any time
- Replies land in the PUBSONAR inbox
Pair a phone by scanning a QR code. Messages arrive in the shared inbox and are sent one at a time by a person.
- Uses a linked-device connection, not the WhatsApp Business API
- Keep to WhatsApp’s terms and personal volumes
Google Sheets
Sync the portfolio to a shared spreadsheet daily or weekly, with a link back to each site in PUBSONAR.
Google Drive
Files shared in team chat are stored in the sender’s own Google Drive.
Google Ad Manager
Follow each publisher through the Multiple Customer Management flow, with the GAM account and header script on the publisher record.
Google Postmaster Tools
Complaint rates for your sending domains are read regularly; a mailbox with a bad rate can be paused.
ads.txt and sellers.json
Public files read for every site and matched against Google’s list of Certified Publishing Partners.
Google sign-in
Sign in to PUBSONAR with a Google account, next to password and two-factor sign-in.
REST API
Read your leads with a personal API key: GET /api/v1/leads.
